Where does Mayi Market deliver?

We currently deliver to Coen, Hope Vale, Wujal Wujal, Aurukun, Laura and Mossman Gorge. We are looking forward to opening new locations and start delivering to other remote communities soon.

How do I place an order with Mayi Market?

From the menu bar, go to Shop now and browse for the items you want and add them to the cart.

When you are ready to complete your order, click on the shopping bag icon on the top right of the screen. Enter your details in the checkout screen and choose your payment method.

You can also contact your local O-Hub and they can help you place your first order or call our Cairns office on 4042 7260.

Is Mayi Market a subscription service?

Yes, you can choose to purchase items on a fortnightly basis as a subscription. These items will automatically renew every two weeks and if your payment method is successful you will receive your delivery order via our Mayi Market truck.

You can change the items in your subscription, pause or cancel at any time. Simply log into your account and update your order, visit your local O-Hub or call us on 4042 7260.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

No, Mayi Market is powered by the people of Cape York and their Pama Futures Agenda, which includes tackling the cost of living. We are subsidising the delivery cost as a solution to the lack of fresh, healthy, affordable food in the Cape

When am I charged for my order?

Fortnightly subscription orders will be charged on the Friday before each fortnightly delivery.

If you choose to pay via Centrepay deduction, you will need to log in to your myGov account to setup this deduction. Visit the Setting up Centrepay Deductions page or contact us on 4042 7260 for details on how to do this.

How do I change or cancel my subscription?

You can easily change, pause or cancel your Mayi Market subscription or order at any time by logging into your online account. Then, click on the little person icon in the top right corner of the screen to view your order history. Or, you can view your active subscription by clicking on the Subscriptions link on the righthand side of the screen.

Please note changes to your order need to be made the Thursday before your next delivery.

If you make a change on the Friday or later, these changes will only be made for the following delivery in a fortnight's time.
