What boxes do you offer?

We currently offer 4 Regular Delivery boxes within a subscription model: Meat, Veggies, Fruit and Pantry. We also offer individual Extras and Specials that you can order any time.

Where does Mayi Market deliver?

We currently deliver to Coen, Hope Vale, Wujal Wujal, Aurukun and Mossman Gorge. We are looking forward to opening new locations and start delivering to other remote communities soon.

How do I place an order on The Mayi Market?

The easiest is to go to the Shop Now section of the website, browse for the items you want and add them to the cart.

When you are ready to complete your order, click on the cart icon on the top right of the screen. Confirm your delivery location and click checkout to enter your billing information.

You can also contact your local O-Hub and they will help you place your first order.

Is Mayi Market a subscription service?

Yes, we have several ‘Regular Delivery’ boxes, which means you will automatically receive your subscription boxes every two weeks. You can change the content of your subscription, pause it or cancel it any time.

We also sell ‘Extras and Specials’. These are one-off purchases and not a subscription.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

No, The Mayi Market is powered by the people of Cape York and their Pama Futures Agenda, which includes tackling the cost of living. We are subsidising the delivery cost as a solution to the lack of fresh, healthy, affordable food in the Cape

When am I charged for my order?

One-off and special boxes will be charged on checkout.
Any regular subscriptions will be charged on the Friday before each fortnightly delivery. Any changes to a subscription or order (including those using cash on delivery) need to be made before this date.

Your delivery date will be included in your confirmation email.

How do I change or cancel my subscription?

You can easily change, pause or cancel your Mayi Market subscription or order at any time in your online account, under My Subscriptions. Click on the little man icon in the top right.

Please note that changes need to be made the Thursday before your next delivery.
If you make a change on the Friday or later, these changes will only be made for the following delivery in a fortnight’s time.
