Where does Mayi Market deliver?

We currently deliver to Coen, Hope Vale, Wujal Wujal, Aurukun, Laura and Mossman Gorge. We are looking forward to opening new locations and start delivering to other remote communities soon.

How do I place an order on The Mayi Market?

The easiest is to go to the Shop Now section of the website, browse for the items you want and add them to the cart.

When you are ready to complete your order, click on the cart icon on the top right of the screen. Confirm your delivery location and click checkout to enter your billing information.

You can also contact your local O-Hub and they will help you place your first order or call our Cairns office on 4042 7200.

Is Mayi Market a subscription service?

Yes, you will automatically receive your subscription order every two weeks. You can change the content of your subscription, pause it or cancel it any time by logging into your account and updating your order, visiting your local O-Hub or calling us on 4042 7200.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

No, The Mayi Market is powered by the people of Cape York and their Pama Futures Agenda, which includes tackling the cost of living. We are subsidising the delivery cost as a solution to the lack of fresh, healthy, affordable food in the Cape

When am I charged for my order?

Regardless of if you are paying by Centrepay deduction or credit cards, you can choose a payment date that suits you when you are going through the check-out process.

If you choose to pay via Centrepay deduction, you will need to log in to your myGov account to setup this deduction. Contact us on 4042 7200 for details on this.

Regular subscriptions will be charged on the Friday before each fortnightly delivery.

Your delivery date will be included in your confirmation email.

How do I change or cancel my subscription?

You can easily change, pause or cancel your Mayi Market subscription or order at any time in your online account, under My Subscriptions. Click on the little man icon in the top right.

Please note that changes need to be made the Thursday before your next delivery.
If you make a change on the Friday or later, these changes will only be made for the following delivery in a fortnight’s time.
